Here’s a great example of a simple design that cuts fast on a CarveWright CNC and sells well.

 

The Adirondack chair drink holders are cut out of a 3ft 1″x8″ pine board and take about 45 minutes to carve 2 drink holders with 1 bit change.

 

 

 

These drink holders are designed to cantilever on the arm of an Adirondack chair. A wooden screw is added for a snug fit on the arm.

 

 

The slotted aluminum bracket is added to the bottom to allow the drink holder to hold a wine glass as well as just about any canned or bottled beverage.
